DRESS CODE/UNIFORM

The dress code for each class will be explained at the first lesson.

Uniforms are available for all students and are required for those who sit exams through the year (see ‘Uniform’ page of this website).

Exam pupils must wear uniform to class and have hair pulled back off their face.

EXPECTATIONS

In order for classes to function efficiently we require the following:

•  Noise level in the hall MUST be kept to a minimum.

1. • Students MUST wear appropriate dancewear to class.
   

2. • Punctuality – students are to be ready to start (warmed up) for class on time.
   

3. • Students need to be picked up on time after class.
   

•  Look after your belongings, and keep the hall tidy.

TERMS

The dance classes generally follow the Primary School 4 term year with an average of 10 weeks per term.

Exams classes sit their exam/medal awards in term 3.

All of the classes in term 4 are taught dance routines for the end of year show.
